GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CHERVONOHRAD TERRITORIAL COMMUNITY
In accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 12, 2020 No. 718-r "On the determination of administrative centers and approval of the territories of communities of Lviv region", the Chervonohrad territorial community (hereinafter Chervonohrad TG) was formed.
The community includes 14 settlements: the city of Chervonograd, the city of Sosnivka, the village of Hirnyk, the village of Silets, the village of Mezhiryche, the village of Horodyshche, the village of Volsvin, the village of Bendyuga, the village of Pozdymyr, the village of Dobryachyn, the village of Rudka, the village of Berezhne and the village of Ostriv, the village of Boryatyn.
The total land area of the territorial community is 228.1 km². The population of the community is approximately 89,070 people, of which 41,776 are men and 47,294 are women. The population density is 390.5 people/km².
The community has a convenient geographical location and a well-developed transport network (the Lviv — Kovel — Brest highway, the Belz — Chervonograd and Radehiv — Chervonograd highways, the Lviv — Kovel and Chervonograd — Rava-Ruska railways), borders Poland, the distance to the nearest Ughryniv checkpoint is 30 km.
Two main transport highways pass through the territory of Chervonograd community - highway P 15 (Kovel - Zhovkva) and T 14 04 (Chervonograd - Rava-Ruska).
There is a railway connection with stops in Chervonograd: Sokal-Lviv, Lviv-Kyiv-Bakhmut, Chervonograd-Kovel train.
The specificity of the region is industrial, where processing and extractive industries are dominant.

The industry of the community is represented by 10 industries, which make up 29 industrial enterprises of various forms of ownership, among them:
6 mining industry enterprises;
19 processing industry enterprises.

An extensive network of bus routes operates on the territory of the Chervonograd City Council, which provides transportation of passengers between any micro-districts of the city almost without transfers. The total length of the route network is more than 60 km.
32 units of transport operate daily on city bus routes, transporting up to 5,000 passengers every day. The route network includes 9 routes in the "route taxi" mode of operation.
The Chervonograd territorial community has a fairly developed network of trade establishments, including 659 retail and small-scale trade establishments (shops, pavilions, kiosks), and 139 catering establishments.
According to the budget legislation, 60% of the personal income tax, 100% of the single tax, real estate tax, excise tax on retail trade of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages, excise tax on fuel, land fees, fees for the lease of communal property and other taxes and fees.
As of 01.01.2021, 270 communal property objects with a total area of 23.8 thousand square meters are under lease, including public organizations of the city.
The network of educational institutions of the Chervonograd Territorial Community consists of:
21 general secondary education institutions with 10,144 students;
20 preschool education institutions with 2,944 pupils;
6 out-of-school education institutions with 3,421 pupils.
There are 30 cultural institutions operating on the territory of the community, which include 10 People's Houses, 17 libraries (including branches), 2 music schools and 1 art school.
Medical services for the population of the Chervonograd Territorial Community are provided by: KP "Chervonograd City Hospital of the Chervonograd City Council", KP "Center of Primary Health Care" and KP "Chervonograd City Stomatological Polyclinic", as well as KP "Sosniv Hospital of the Chervonograd City Council", paramedics and midwives points in 5 villages and dispensaries: p. Volsvyn and the village of Silets.

Production potential of the Chervonograd territorial community
For January-December 2021, the volume of sold industrial products at the selling prices of enterprises, according to operational data, is 3,101.4 million hryvnias. of them: 59.4% are products of the processing industry, 34.0% are products of the extractive industry; 4.4% of enterprises for the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning, 2.2% of water supply; waste management sewerage.
In January-December 2021, according to preliminary data, the city's enterprises produced more than 914.6 thousand tons. ordinary coal; issued: 2085.2 tons of bakery products; over 14,901.1 thousand pairs of hosiery; more than 2491.1 thousand pieces of women's and men's underwear; more than 10,877.3 tons of metal structures, 12,896 pcs. wooden furniture.
Local budget
Revenues of local budgets (consolidated) for January-December 2021 amounted to 796.2 million hryvnias.
Expenditures of local budgets (consolidated ) – 780.3 million hryvnias, including: on education – 443.6 million hryvnias; social protection and social security - 20.6 million hryvnias, economic activity - 70.2 million hryvnias, health care - 41.1 million hryvnias; culture - 20.7 million hryvnias; physical education and sports - 18.2 million hryvnias; for housing and communal services - 86.2 million hryvnias, other activities - 1.9 million hryvnias.
Entrepreneurship
In the small business of the city, the number of individual entrepreneurs was 3,371, small enterprises - legal entities - 1,165 units.
According to the state registration of business entities (individuals and legal entities) for January-December 2021, 37 legal entities and 421 individual entrepreneurs were registered in Chervonograd.

Education and culture
Education of the Chervonograd Territorial Community consists of 21 general education institutions (including: 7 educational complexes, a lyceum, a specialized school with in-depth study of foreign languages), in which 10,056 students study. There are 4 after-school institutions, 2 sports schools, which are attended by 3421 children. 2,778 children aged 2 to 6 are educated in 15 preschool education institutions and 4 preschool units of general secondary education institutions. Coverage of preschool education for five-year-old children is 100%.
1,315 teaching staff and 763 service personnel work in educational institutions.
There are 10 People's Houses, two children's music schools, an art school, 17 libraries, a park of culture and recreation, and two branches of museums (located on the balance sheet of the city of Lviv) on the territory of the Chervonograd community.
Eleven artistic amateur groups have the title of "People's", three children's groups have the title of "Exemplary".
Sport
In the field of sports, there are: KP "Shakhtar Sports Complex" and "Girnyk" Stadium; 59 sports fields; 5 tennis courts; 20 football fields; 2 swimming pools; 29 sports halls; a universal sports ground with an artificial football field, playgrounds and sports fields and a running track; 5 sports fields with artificial surface; 10 playgrounds with exercise equipment.

The sphere of household services of the community is represented by 25 types of services: there are 20 shoe workshops, 32 hairdressers, 13 ateliers and clothing repair workshops, 1 watch repair workshop, 18 home and office equipment repair workshops, 2 photo salons and 4 points for receiving orders for photo printing. , 6 car washes, 7 gas stations.

Automobile transport
12 public bus routes operate on the territory of the Chervonograd City Council (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 4a, No. 5a, No. 7, No. 8, No. 9 and No. 10, No. 298, No. 299, No. 304). On the territory of the city of Chervonograd, 8 temporarily allocated plots of land have been identified for the parking of motor vehicles - taxis with 9 seats. A parking operator is determined for each site, there are 6 such business entities in the city.
