Attention tenants of communal property!

During the period of martial law, tenants of communal property will pay 30% less, and the FOP defenders of Ukraine are exempted from rent. This decision was taken by the deputies of the city council during the regular meeting of the session.

Therefore, for the period of martial law and within three months after its termination or cancellation, but in any case until December 31, 2022, under lease agreements of communal property, valid as of February 24, 2022 or concluded after that date according to the results auctions held on or before February 24, 2022 were resolved:

 

to exempt from rent payments the tenants of communal property of individuals and individual entrepreneurs who were drafted or accepted for military service after the declaration of martial law;

to exempt tenants who use property located in cultural and educational institutions from rent if the rental object was leased on an hourly basis (no longer than until September 30, 2022)

charge rent to tenants in the amount of 70 percent of the amount of rent established by the lease agreement (taking into account its indexation).
